March Update

It's been a while since I have written anything on blogger. I haven't posted anything since February. Well a lot has happen since then and I guess I'll share some things with you while I can.

For our reading week (or spring break, whatever you want to call it) my brother and I went to Ottawa and Montreal to check out the sites. It was really cold, but we managed to see a few interesting things. We went to the Canadian War Museum, the Biodome, the casino in Montreal, and everywhere in between. A few weeks later I attended fthe Commerce and Environmental Engineering Conerence hosted at Queen's University. I met quite a few people from all around Ontario and learned quite a few things about the new approaches that large industries are taking to become more "green."

Currently I have just finished attending the RMC MOC (military occupation) weekend. I am pretty pumped. I finally changed my career to become an Airfield Engineer and this weekend allowed me to really learn the interesting challenges that I will be facing in the future. I can't wait to begin the training. But for now I'll be heading to Gagetown, New Brunswick for 11 weeks of training. I'm getting ready for it as we speak.

School is hard and the crunch near exam time is approaching. Please pray that I do well (with eight courses on my plate it's hard to swallow them all).

And that's about the shortest synopsis I can give you. I have mountains of work to do so I'll write again when time permits.
