I'm finally back in the city of Winnipeg.
After experiencing a delayed and frustrating plane ride from a certain airline which I won't mention (Starts with "Air" and ends with "-anada"), I arrived in Winnipeg four hours late and had no sleep in two days. I was greeted by my wonderful family and promptly went home. It has only been four months since I left, but the atmosphere is quite different. My mother now runs her very own flower shop with the help of the family. My little dog is running around with a little white cone on his head (so he stops scratching his eye) and my bigger dog follows me around everywhere.
As for exams, I pray that they went well. I still cannot believe that I had to do seven exams in a two weeks while a mech-eng in Queen's has five exams in three weeks. It gets me angry everytime I think about it. Well, school is done for the next three weeks I have on leave. I brought my French worksheets to study, but I don't think that will work out to well. I guess my biggest worry (I always worry) is that I'll become a slug/sloth/coach-potato over the break. I can't really let that happen since I have a physical performance test after my Christmas leave.
Well regardless of what happens now its time to take pictures, buy presents, meet old friends, and avoid frostbite.
Mike
PS: Finally, SNOW!!! It's like snow doesn't exist in the province of Ontario this year. Good old Manitoba.
